DAYTOUR:

Please be informed that we do NOT accept daytours anymore. Our open cottages are now for exclusive use of our overnight guests.

VISITORS:

For visitors of our check in guests, please be informed that we charge Php350 per head.

We do limit a maximum of 5 visitors per accommodation to avoid overcrowding.

Visitors are allowed at the resort from 7:00am to 5:00pm only.

For our check in guests, kindly inform our Reception Staff if you will have visitors. Informing us via email prior your arrival will be much appreciated.

How to book?
All reservations are thru our website.
Choose your preferred date -> Choose from the available rooms -> Enter your details and active email address -> Check your email for the booking and payment details -> Settle the 50% DP within 24hrs after placing the reservation
 
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do. However we can’t guarantee the availability of rooms especially on weekends.

Check-in time: 2:00pm Check-out time: 12:00nn Early check in fee and late out fee is Php300/hr *subject to availability* -Swimming Time is 6am to 6pm only. No Night Swimming. -Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult – ESPECIALLY when swimming. -We don’t charge corkage fees for outside food and drinks/liquor. -We do allow alcoholic drinks inside the resort but please – DRINK MODERATELY. -Observe proper disposal of trash. We have trash bins around the area. -Strictly NO URINATING in public areas. We have a designated common restroom that you can use. -Incidents / Trouble caused under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated by the resort. -Use and Possession of illegal drugs is strictly not allowed. -We observe “quiet time” as mandated by the San Felipe Resort Owners Association. -Strictly NO videoke, loud music, shouting and excessive noise starting at 10pm onwards. -We have an electrical charge for your electronic appliances such as rice cooker, electric stove, electric kettle, electric fan etc. Kindly speak with our staff regarding the charges. -All rooms are NON-SMOKING! We have designated smoking areas inside the resort. -Once our housekeeping detected that you smoked inside the rooms, our smoking fee is Php1500. -Damages inside the room will be charged accordingly -Damaged / Heavy Stained Linens will be charged accordingly -Your pets are welcome in our resort but please be informed that we charge a PET FEE of Php200/pet. Also make sure that your pets are on a leash in public areas. –Please treat the resort as your second home because you will be responsible for any damages. -Promised Land Beach Resort will not be liable to any incidents, injuries or loss of items inside our vicinity. Please look after your children and your valuables.
DOWN PAYMENT
 
50% down payment is required and should be settled within 24hrs after placing a reservation.
 
For reservations booked a day before check in, we will require the 50% down payment to be settled within 6 hours after placing the reservation. Failure will result to booking cancellation.
 
For on-the-day reservations, we will prioritize the guests who can settle the down payment first.
 
BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
 
  • Booking cancellations made six(6) days or more prior visit is subject for a FULL REFUND.
 
  • Booking cancellations made two(2) to five(5) days prior visit is subject to a 10% cancellation fee from your total amount of contract.
 
  • Booking cancellations made a day before check-in date – NO REFUND
 
  • Booking cancellations on the day of your booking – NO REFUND.
 
Refunds will be processed through bank transfers or via Gcash.
 
REBOOKING POLICY
 
  • Rebooking made six(6) days or more prior visit – no rebooking fee applies.
 
  • Rebooking made two(2) to five(5) days prior visit is subject to a 10% rebooking fee from your total amount of contract.
 
  • Rebooking made a day before check-in date is subject to a 25% rebooking fee from your total amount of contract.
 
  • Rebooking on the day of your reservation – NO REFUND. Down Payment is forfeited. (Considered a cancelled reservation)
 
 
Yes, we do allow pets as long as they will be on a leash in public areas and on a cage inside the rooms.
Also keep in mind that there are stray dogs in the area.
 
We only allow 2 pets per room with a Pet Fee of Php200/pet.
 
Note:
Extra charges will incur for damages and unexpected cleaning.
Do you have a restaurant?
We don’t have an in-house restaurant. However, there are small restaurants nearby (some are walking distance) where you can buy food.
 
Can we bring food and drinks/liquor?
Yes. We don’t charge corkage fees.
 
Can we cook?
We have a common grilling area which is free of use. Just bring your own charcoal.
We also have a gas and stove for rent. (No cookware included)
 
Can we bring our own electric appliances?
Yes, you may. However, we do charge extra electric fee depending on the wattage of the appliance. Electric Fee ranges from Php100 to Php500.
Note: We will charge an electric fee regardless if you use the appliance or not.
We don’t charge electric fees for portable butane stoves.
 
Do you have cookware that we can rent?
For the health and safety of everyone (both staff and guests), we don’t allow rentals and borrowing of cookware and utensils. We highly encourage our guests to bring their own.
We are located at Sitio Liwliwa (inside Bugarin Compound), San Felipe, Zambales
 
For private vehicles, you may use Google Maps. (Google Maps is more accurate than Waze)

If you’re going to use public transportation, take a Victory Liner bus bound to IBA, Zambales or Sta. Cruz, Zambales. Ask to be dropped off at San Felipe Public Market. From there, take a tricycle ride going here. Inform the tricycle driver that we are located in Liwliwa, inside Bugarin Compound.

We do offer FREE WiFi for our guests of up to 80Mbps.

As for the signal, our area has poor network signal especially inside the rooms. However, there are still areas where you can get good network signal (Reception Area and Beach Area)
